I started off by making cakes for my own parties and occasions. Local stores, with their limited selections, did not provide themes and hobbies to fit my needs, so I began creating my own designs. Before too long, many friends and neighbors were asking for cakes for their parties.

I really enjoy creating my own cake designs. I believe in not only beautiful cakes, but moist and delicious cakes, too. After all, what good is a beautiful cake if it doesn't taste good?
